Customers receive Help Desk phone or email support. If necessary, technical support specialists are available for onsite installation, troubleshooting, training and validation.
Maintenance
Customers may choose their level of software support and maintenance--either Full Service of Fee-for-Service. Solomon Scientific periodically makes available updated revisions as well as upgrades with improved features.
Service
Orchesta™ has service sites in Texas, US and in Northern Germany. Customers may send their Model 100 and Model 500 pumps as well as wireless hardware for GLP-compliant servicing.
